We currently ship across India.

If you require delivery to a location not covered by our courier partners, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp
  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts by the courier partner:

  • The package may be returned to us.
  • Reshipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package before opening.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Share your order number and supporting photographs.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


Lost Shipments

In the rare event that a shipment is lost in transit:

  • We will coordinate with the courier partner for investigation.
  • Resolution timelines may vary depending on the courier partner's policies.
