Return & Refund Policy

At  The Hook Project, all our products are carefully handcrafted with attention to quality and detail.

 

Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

  •  You receive a damaged product.
  •  You receive an incorrect product.
  •  The product has a manufacturing defect.
  •  To raise a return, replacement, or refund request, customers must contact us   within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the product
    • A complete unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened

       

      The unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, and refund claims. Requests submitted without a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video may not be eligible for review or approval.

       

      This helps us verify transit damage, missing items, or incorrect products and ensures a fair resolution process.


     

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and the handmade nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Baby teethers and baby accessories
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Earrings and jewelry items
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.

 

Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved, a refund or replacement may be provided at our discretion.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
